We are working on resolving a Submission Deadline calculation issue with our software that lets you select a Desired First Publication Day that is past the actual Submission Deadline. This issue is only happening to a few newspapers on our website. We will notify you immediately if you place an order and we are not able to get you the Desired First Publication Day. We are working on resolving this issue.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

You have 2 days from placing the order to email or call for cancellations or modifications. Review your order confirmation for accuracy, as the notice will be published as entered. After submission for publication, no changes or refunds are possible. If publication deadlines are missed, we are not liable for any related costs. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days.

Example: An order placed on 5/17/2021 at 4pm EST can be canceled by 5/19/2021 at 4pm EST for a full refund.

It is your responsibility to verify if the notice has been previously published. We do not verify if the notice has already been published in a newspaper. We do not offer refunds for notices already published unless canceled within 2 days of purchase.

Note: For cancellations or changes after the 2-day period, contact us directly via email or phone instead of disputing the charge with your bank. We will do our best to assist.
