We are working on resolving a Submission Deadline calculation issue with our software that lets you select a Desired First Publication Day that is past the actual Submission Deadline. This issue is only happening to a few newspapers on our website. We will notify you immediately if you place an order and we are not able to get you the Desired First Publication Day. We are working on resolving this issue.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • You have 2 days from placing the order to email or call for cancellations or modifications. Review your order confirmation for accuracy, as the notice will be published exactly as entered.

  • After submission for publication, no changes or refunds are possible, except as outlined below.

  • Refunds for cancellations (eligible under this policy) are processed within 5–7 business days.

Example: An order placed on May 17, 2021 at 4 pm EST can be canceled by May 19, 2021 at 4 pm EST for a full refund.

Cancellation Fee After Publication:
If a customer cancels a notice after it has already been published at least once, a $20 cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from any refundable amount or charged separately if no refund is due. Any remaining refund after the fee will be processed within the standard refund timeframe.

Responsibility to Verify Publication:
It is your responsibility to verify if the notice has already been published. We do not check or confirm publication status on your behalf. Refunds are not available for notices already published unless canceled within the 2-day period—and, after publication has occurred, the $20 cancellation fee will be applied as described above.

After the 2-Day Period (Pre-Publication):
If you request a cancellation after the initial 2-day window but before publication has occurred, contact us directly via email or phone. We'll do our best to assist as we may still be able to stop the publication or make accommodations.
