We are working on resolving a Submission Deadline calculation issue with our software that lets you select a Desired First Publication Day that is past the actual Submission Deadline. This issue is only happening to a few newspapers on our website. We will notify you immediately if you place an order and we are not able to get you the Desired First Publication Day. We are working on resolving this issue.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Since the type of notices that are being published are time sensitive, you have 2 days from the time of the purchase to email or call us if you would like to cancel the order or change any of the information you have submitted before we publish your legal notice. Once the legal notice has been submitted for publication, we cannot make any changes to the notice or refund your order.

Example: If your order is placed on 5/17/2021 at 4pm EST you have until 5/19/2021 at 4pm EST to cancel the order.

If you decide to cancel the order before the 2 days, we will refund 100% of the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

Example: If your order is placed on 5/17/2021 at 4pm EST and you email us on 5/18/2021 at 9pm EST to cancel the order, we will refund you 100% of the order.

It is your responsibility to verify if you or someone in your company has previously published the legal notice in a newspaper prior to placing your order. We do not verify if the notice has already been published in a newspaper. If you place an order and the notice has already been published in a newspaper, we do not provide a refund, unless it is within 2 days from the time of the purchase.

Note: If you do need to cancel the order or want to make changes to the order after the 2 day period please call or email us rather than filing a dispute or cancelling the charge with your banking institution, and we will do everything possible to try and accommodate your request.
